国土交通省は10月30日、9月の新設住宅着工戸数を発表した。前月に続き、持家・貸家・分譲住宅の全分野が減少し、全体で前年同月比9.9％減の7万186戸となり15カ月連続の減少となった。季節調整済み年率換算値は前月比0.5％減の81.5万戸で2カ月連続の減少となった。<\/p>\n

利用関係別では、持家が前年同月比7.0％減の2万2337戸で14カ月連続の減少となった。9月としては1960年（昭和35年）9月の1万9826戸に次ぐ低水準となった。貸家は同14.8％減の2万5053戸で25カ月連続、分譲住宅も同7.8％減の2万2159戸で11カ月連続の減少。マンション、一戸建て共に減少した。<\/p>\n
