住宅展示場協議会および一般財団法人住宅生産振興財団が11月12日発表した10月の住宅展示場の来場者組数（※）は、対前年同月比7.57％減の30万9371組となり、9月に続き今期6度目の来場減となった。エリア別では、東北、中国・四国エリアを除き、北海道、関東、信越・北陸、東海、近畿、九州・沖縄の6エリアで減少した。<\/p>\n

今期来場者累計は、172万6027組で、昨年累計比でマイナス31.04％の来場減となった。<\/p>\n

各エリアの来場者組数及び前年対比は以下の通り。
北海道：5564組（対前年同月比▲27.23％）、東北：4579組（同＋12.15％）、関東：15万7120組（同▲4.58％）、信越・北陸：4313組（同▲6.60％）、東海：6万1948組（同▲11.31％）、近畿：6万6090組（同▲6.26％）、中国・四国：3162組（同＋5.72％）、九州・沖縄：6595組（同▲36.32％）。<\/p>\n
