国土交通省は11月30日、10月の新設住宅着工戸数を発表した。前月に続き、持家・貸家・分譲住宅の全分野が減少し、全体で前年同月比8.3％減の7万685戸となり16カ月連続の減少となった。季節調整済み年率換算値は前月比1.6％減の80.2万戸で3カ月連続の減少となった。<\/p>\n
利用関係別では、持家が前年同月比6.1％減の2万3013戸で15カ月連続の減少となり、10月としては過去10年間で最も低い水準となった。貸家は同11.5％減の2万6043戸で26カ月連続、分譲住宅も同9.6％減の2万706戸で12カ月連続の減少。マンション、一戸建て共に減少した。<\/p>\n
