国土交通省は1月28日、登記データをもとに個人が購入した既存住宅の移転登記量を加工・指数化した2020年10月分の「既存住宅販売量指数」を公表した。戸建て・マンション合計の季節調整値は前月比5.2％増の116.0（前年同月比15.3％増）、床面積30m2<\/sup>未満のマンションを除いた合計は同5.5％増の110.3（同15.6％増）だった。<\/p>\n

そのうち、戸建て住宅の指数は同3.7％増の111.7だった。<\/p>\n
